• Liaising with sellers solicitors or their agents
• Giving advice on contractual issues
• Help with arranging moving

 

Selling of properties

 

The services we offer include:

 

• Assist in marketing and advertisements of the property or houses for sale
• Assist in preparing the particulars of sale
• Liaising with buyers solicitors or their agents
• Giving advice on contractual issues
• Help with arranging moving

 

Accommodation Services

 

These involve offering assistance in letting out houses and properties for landlords, who are members of JIARE, and arranging rented accommodations for tenants who are members of JIARE.

 

Services to Landlords

 

• Assist in marketing and advertisements of the property or houses to let
• Assist in preparing tenancy agreements and leases
• Liaising with tenants solicitors or their agents
• Giving advice on contractual issues
• Help with arranging moving

 

Renting of properties and houses

 

The services we offer include:

 

• Help in finding suitable properties and houses to rent
• Liaising with landlords or their representatives
• Assist in dealing with tenancy or lease agreements
• Giving advice on contractual issues
